Refunds

Refunds cannot be provided if the tubers haven't been stored correctly due to their perishable nature.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it and contact us if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We might offer a replacement or a refund, at our discretion, on a case by case basis.

We do not offer refunds or substitutes for Dahlia clumps.
